Being at the heart of production is what drives me. I thrive on tackling challenges hands-on, from resolving daily operational hurdles and driving continuous improvement to shaping long-term strategies through site-wide initiatives. Applying Lean principles and data-driven methods, I build sustainable improvements that strengthen operational performance. I collaborate with international interdisciplinary teams, facilitating communication between business and engineering to ensure that solutions are practical, scalable, and implemented effectively.

Strategic production decisions – like where and how to manufacture – have a lasting impact on cost, quality, and resilience.

I work on exactly those questions, with experience in manufacturing strategy, including make-or-buy analysis, manufacturing network assessments, and production-related decisions across various industrial contexts.

I work at the intersection of manufacturing, sourcing, and execution, with a strong interest in:

Scaling operations and process optimisation
